Why I want to help 1 million salespeople get better in 2015.

We all Sale. No matter if you work in retail, a receptionist at a medical office, entertainer, teacher, or parent we all really on some skill of persuasion and influence to do our jobs. They better you are selling, the better you are.

This New Year, 2015, I want to renew my purpose to help others succeed by helping a million sales people with free sales coaching and training. This purposeful goal has fueled the creation of this blog, a YouTube channel, and host of new ways that I will be able to work with a million people.

Throughout my career I have always been known as a straight-shooter. Blame that on my Texas roots. The real decision is up to you. I will be continuing to provide the tools and strategies that are proven to be successful for many people. But you have to be the one to execute the plays in order to put points on the board.

T. Harv Eker, author of Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, normally starts every conference with, "Don't believe anything I say...It's my experience."



That's right, you have to do the work, the repetition, the changing of mentality necessary to get better.

Throughout this New Year, you will hear the stories of sales people just like you that are taking this journey also. You will hear their breakthroughs and success, and also their losses and mistakes. You always learn more from a "No" then you do with a "Yes" on a sales call.

Starting January 1, 2015 you will be able to access this blog, our YouTube channel, and our new weekly podcast for sales people.  I will tackle common struggles like cold-calling and filling you pipeline, but also new innovations like insight selling and telling stories, The best thing is that you will have a full tool box to use at your discretion to continue your learning on your road to sales mastery.

A sales career has given me and my family the opportunity to take long vacations and live comfortable. I want you to have those same experiences, if you have not already. Sales in the only profession that will pay you directly in relation to how well you do your job. If you are only making an hourly wage or salary, then no matter how well you do your job, your paycheck is still the same amount (give or take overtime). In Sales, your right your own damn check...you sale, you get paid.
